Recap: What Happened in One Piece Episode 1141?
The Arrival of the Giant Warrior Pirates
Episode 1141, titled “Reliable Reinforcements! Dorry and Brogy Arrive!”, picked up with the Giant Warrior Pirates destroying Marine battleships. Usopp, Nami, and Chopper celebrated the return of their old friends, relieved that they had arrived just in time to save them.
Luffy and Bonney vs. Saturn
Meanwhile, Bonney expressed shock after learning that Luffy was Nika. Inspired by his powers, she admitted she always wanted to throw a punch like his. Though confused, Luffy demonstrated by pummeling Saturn and sending him flying.
Sanji Stands Against Kizaru
With Saturn momentarily out of the picture, Franky and Atlas attempted to escape with Bonney, Kuma, and Vegapunk. However, Vegapunk warned that moving in his condition could kill him. Just as Kizaru tried to finish things off, Sanji stepped in, destroying his laser attack — something that even Kizaru struggled to believe.
Blackbeard Pirates’ Intrusion
While Luffy and Sanji held off Kizaru, Catarina Devon and Van Augur of the Blackbeard Pirates suddenly appeared before Saturn. Devon touched Saturn’s leg as part of their mysterious mission. When questioned about Blackbeard’s true goal, Augur ominously replied: “the world.” They escaped before Saturn could retaliate.
Caribou’s Request
On their way out, Devon and Augur encountered Caribou, who revealed that Blackbeard was the reason he became a pirate. The episode ended with Caribou begging to join Blackbeard’s crew.

As usual, One Piece releases new episodes weekly via Crunchyroll and Netflix. However, there will be a break on August 31, with a special clip show about the giants airing instead.
